The company, established in the year 1989, is a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of a wide range of products ranging from small inductors to sophisticated transformers like Silicon Steel Laminated Transformers, Power and Distribution Transformers, Standard Components, Custom Wound Components, etc.

A professionally managed company, we are a front-runner in the transformer industry, manufacturing several types of industrial transformers, coils and related inductive components for automotive applications, computers, telecommunication, medical, television, U.P.S and other electronic equipments.

Our in-house Quality Control Department, under direct guidance of our Managing Director, is run by qualified engineers with focus on maintaining high quality products with stringent inspection parameters, right from the raw materials procurement to the final delivery.

We are experts in providing timely solutions to our clients' needs and requirements. We produce transformers ranging from 1VA to 250 KVA silicon steel laminated types. All our products are designed and manufactured as per the international quality protocol.

Infrastructure

Powercap Systems (Madras) Pvt. Ltd.'s manufacturing facility spreads over 18,210. Sq.mts. with building area of 10,117 Sq.mts., equipped with fully automated machines such as CNC Winding Machine-Smart Winder 01 Optima 110, Heavy Duty Motorized 3f Winding Machine, R-Core Winding Machine, Vacuum Varnish Impregnation Chamber, Heating Oven with 3f Element Capacity-10.5 KW, Pillar Type Drilling Machine, Bench Grinder Capacity– 1 HP, 3Ø, Air Compressor TC 200 2-HP and many more with production capacity of 50,000 units per day.
