Established in the year 1989, Powercap Systems (Madras) Pvt. Ltd. is the leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of quality Industrial Transformers, Electric Transformers, Electrical Transformers, Transformer Chokes and Transformer Coils. We have been creating milestones of excellence and high quality in the area of the magnetic wound components for more than 15 years. We provide custom-built electric transformers solution for various industries like - Power Supply, Power Conditioning, Telecom, Medical and Automobile Industry.

Our Vision

The company is planning to set up its offices in Europe, USA and FEA. By 2011, the company will expand its budget for the expansion of research and development and attain a turnover of Rs 100 crore. Our company is also planning to work with OEM/ODM customers in the overseas market. A new plant with an area 45000 sq. feet is under construction to supply new product line, creating employment for 1000 plus people.

We hope to attain the topmost position in the market for which we are upgrading our technology in HT distribution and Power Transformer and introducing new product line - wire wound chip inductor.

Packing & Storage Facility

We possess an eco friendly plant which is well equipped with latest packing and storage facility. We are not concentrating only on producing high quality electric transformers and coils. We also take all the possible steps to stick to the delivery schedule. We are committed to handle your order effectively and the shipment promptly. The execution of orders in each stage is planned with immense care from beginning to end. Our company possess a separate division to perform this whole function and assures safe delivery within the desired time frame.

Our store area is around 4000 sq. feet
We have a separate area for Incoming goods inspection
There is the FIFO System with color codification
We have a well-qualified personnel for handling stores
We follow Material Identification System and possess Computerized/BIN Card Stock Maintenance
